We are happy to be meeting in person each week, but we encourage you to continue to do what makes you most comfortable. If you join us in person, you are not required to wear a mask, but you are welcome to. We have colored, rubber bracelets available at the entrance. You are welcome to grab one to wear to signal to others if you are still most comfortable social distancing. If you’re still not ready to join us in person – we completely understand. Our messages are available on YouTube, and we encourage you to follow us on social media. Whether you are with us physically or not, you’re still part of the family.
What To Wear
Encounter Life Ministries has a strict dress code – wear something. We are a casual environment and want you to be comfortable.
Worship
Worship through music is a big part of the identity of Encounter Life Ministries. Our worship team members have been gifted by God to lead the congregation into a time of lively worship which typically includes guitar, drums, bass, piano, and voice.
You may see people standing, sitting, closing their eyes, raising their hands, reading their Bibles, drawing, or writing notes. People may move about to speak encouragement to or pray for others. We strive to create an atmosphere of freedom.
We believe that a heart of worship is an awesome way to have an encounter with God. Our worship time may be longer than you are used to, but we know that it takes time to put aside the busyness of life, quiet your mind, and place your focus on God. We encourage you to use this time to allow God to speak to your heart as you give Him praise, honor, and glory.
Teaching
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and applicable to our daily lives. Reading and studying the Bible is a profound way to encounter God. Our weekend teaching is focused on the message of God’s enduring love, mercy, and grace for those who receive the gift of salvation by accepting Jesus’ atoning sacrifice on the cross, and what that means practically for our daily lives here as we look forward to our eternal reward in heaven.

More Than Kid Friendly
Encounter Life Ministries is more that kid friendly. We love kids of all ages! Kids join their families during the worship portion of our service and then are dismissed to their classes.
We have an early childhood space where kids birth through preschool will be well loved as they play, sing, and hear stories.
Kids from kindergarten through 4th grade learn with the Orange curriculum.
